Our mission: Provide a first-class customer service experience through constant communication, collaboration, and consultation between staff and client, enabling us to deliver streamlined exhibit construction and design while also building trust and valued relationships over time.

    Whether you are a first time customer, a long-time vendor, or a start-up looking to attend you first tradeshow, we appreciate you. We have found throughout over 20 years of experience that our industry frequently forgets who and what is most important – and that is the customer and the vendors. Our daily operations revolve around the idea, “what is important to you is important to us”.
  2. Delivery/Execution
    Too often, exhibit houses forget the purposes of a tradeshow, i.e. to design, display, and deliver a show for its clients. We pride ourselves on paying attention to the finer details – and ensuring that from start to finish, you can trust us to take care of the show. About the Owner

Nolan Lovan has over 30 years of service with the Carpenters Union of St. Louis, over 22 years of which were from working in the tradeshow and exhibit house industry. After working his way up through various local shops, Nolan became the Vice President and part owner of a small local exhibit house in 1998. His responsibilities included project management in the shop and every aspect of collaborating with clients. This opportunity provided him the ability to better understand exhibit design, create valued service relationships, and master the art of proper management, fabrication, and estimating.

In 2008, Nolan took another Vice President position for a different local exhibit house. His primary responsibilities were to focus on the procurement of new clientele, managing of high-profile exhibit and museum projects, and ultimately building his personal reputation with a professional network across the industry. Nolan’s sole objective was to ensure that every show was a success and all customer expectations were exceeded.

In mid 2013, Nolan was finally given the opportunity to go into business for himself, thus creating Core Exhibits LLC. He intends to use his 30 years of experience to build a company that he, his clients, and his employees truly believe in. He has seen the industry through its highs and lows and understands what it takes to be successful to avoid the pitfalls that exist in this business.
